Dans un grand sac en plastique, ajouter le jus de pamplemousse de la Floride, le jus de lime, le sel, le poivre et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Fermer herm\u00e9tiquement et presser le sac pour bien m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Ajouter le flanc de b\u0153uf au sac, fermer et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant 4 heures ou toute la nuit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Pr\u00e9chauffer le gril \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Couper l&rsquo;oignon en deux, puis le couper en fines lamelles. Placer dans un grand bol.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Enlever les tiges et les graines du poivron et le couper en lani\u00e8res de \u00bc pouce.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Ajouter aux oignons et m\u00e9langer avec l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien enrob\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. \u00c9tendre les oignons et les piments en une seule couche sur une po\u00eale \u00e0 griller et les faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils ramollissent et soient dor\u00e9s (15-20 minutes).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. D\u00e9poser le steak sur le gril et saisir 4-5 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bien ros\u00e9 et chaud au centre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9. Retirer le steak du feu et laisser reposer 10 minutes avant de le couper.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>10.
