Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 degr\u00e9s F.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. D\u00e9poser les flocons de noix de coco sur une plaque de cuisson. Faire griller la noix de coco jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit dor\u00e9e et parfum\u00e9e, environ 5-7 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Segmenter le pamplemousse de la Floride et le r\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Faire griller l&rsquo;amarante en versant les grains secs (sans les rincer) dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Faire cuire \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils \u00e9clatent doucement, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral 3 \u00e0 5 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Verser \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re 1\/4 de tasse de yogourt dans le fond de chaque verre ou pot Mason.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Garnir avec quelques segments de pamplemousse de la Floride, 1 c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;amarante \u00e9clat\u00e9e, 1 \u00bd c. \u00e0 table de noix de coco grill\u00e9e et 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de miel.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration pour cr\u00e9er une autre couche.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9.
