Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400 degr\u00e9s F.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Dans une po\u00eale en fonte, faire chauffer une c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Assaisonner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement les filets de saumon avec du sel. D\u00e9poser le saumon, la peau vers le haut, dans la po\u00eale et faire cuire trois minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le saumon soit croustillant. Ne pas d\u00e9placer le poisson, une fois qu&rsquo;il sera pr\u00eat, il se d\u00e9tachera de la po\u00eale.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Retourner le saumon pour que la peau soit vers le bas et le mettre au four pour finir la cuisson. Faire cuire encore trois minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le saumon ait fini de cuire.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Dans une po\u00eale moyenne, faire chauffer le beurre \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Ajouter les \u00e9chalotes, cuire une minute.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Ajouter l&rsquo;ail et le kale, cuire environ cinq minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le kale soit fl\u00e9tri.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre\u2009; r\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Couper le haut et le bas du pamplemousse de la Floride. \u00c0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau, couper l&rsquo;\u00e9corce et enlever la peau. Puis, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau \u00e0 \u00e9plucher, le couper en segments, en veillant \u00e0 couper entre les membranes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Presser trois cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de jus sur le reste du pamplemousse de la Floride.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10. Dans un petit bol, fouetter le jus de pamplemousse de Floride, le jus de citron, le miel et le sucre. Ajouter lentement l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive restante en fouettant. Saler et poivrer au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11. R\u00e9partir le chou fris\u00e9 dans deux assiettes. Garnir de saumon et de vinaigrette.
