R\u00e9gler le gril de votre four \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature maximum.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Tapisser une plaque de cuisson \u00e0 rebord de papier d&rsquo;aluminium. D\u00e9poser la peau du saumon, c\u00f4t\u00e9 peau vers le bas, sur la plaque de cuisson tapiss\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer le sel, le poivre, la poudre de chili, le paprika et la poudre d&rsquo;ail. Remuer pour m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Saupoudrer le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pices sur le dessus du saumon, en le pressant en une couche uniforme sur le dessus. Mettre la casserole de saumon assaisonn\u00e9 sur le gril du four et faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit cuit, environ 10 \u00e0 12 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Dans un bol moyen, m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la salsa d&rsquo;avocat au pamplemousse de la Floride. Remuer pour m\u00e9langer et r\u00e9server jusqu&rsquo;au moment de servir.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Lorsque le saumon est cuit, s\u00e9parer la chair de la peau. Utiliser une fourchette pour couper le poisson en petits morceaux et le conserver dans un bol.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Mettre les tortillas de ma\u00efs au micro-ondes et les faire chauffer pendant environ 20 \u00e0 30 secondes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres et souples.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. R\u00e9partir le poisson uniform\u00e9ment dans les tortillas de ma\u00efs. Garnir chaque taco de salsa d&rsquo;avocat au pamplemousse de la Floride.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9.
