Faire chauffer une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive avec une c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Ajouter les crevettes et assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Faire sauter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les crevettes deviennent roses et opaques, environ 3 minutes par c\u00f4t\u00e9. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Dans un grand bol, d\u00e9poser les pamplemousses de la Floride segment\u00e9s, le radicchio, les carottes, les oignons verts, les feuilles de menthe et de basilic et les piments. Garder plusieurs segments du pamplemousse de la Floride pour la garniture.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette dans un bol et fouetter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Ajouter la moiti\u00e9 de la vinaigrette au m\u00e9lange de salade et m\u00e9langer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement, en r\u00e9servant un peu de vinaigrette pour servir \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Rincer le riz \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Ajouter tous les ingr\u00e9dients du riz \u00e0 la noix de coco dans un cuiseur \u00e0 riz. Faire cuire le riz en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9. Garnir le riz cuit de noix de coco grill\u00e9e et d&rsquo;oignon vert.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>10. R\u00e9partir la salade et les crevettes dans six assiettes sur un lit de riz.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>11.
