Couvrir et faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux pendant 2\u202fheures, en remuant doucement une heure apr\u00e8s la cuisson.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer la dinde, l&rsquo;avoine, l&rsquo;orange de la Floride, l&rsquo;\u0153uf, l&rsquo;assaisonnement \u00e0 l&rsquo;italienne, 1\u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel et \u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poivre\u2009; bien m\u00e9langer.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Fouetter ensemble le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, le vinaigre, la p\u00e2te de tomate, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, 1\u202fc. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de sel et 1\u202fc. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poivre.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Une fois cuites, servir les boulettes de viande sur des cure-dents garnis d&rsquo;herbes fra\u00eeches, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.
