Diviser en 2\u202fr\u00e9cipients, 3\/4 de tasse et 1\/4 de tasse.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u00c9tape\u202f2\u202f:\u00a0Verser la r\u00e9duction de 3\/4 de tasse dans un bol. Ajouter 1\u202fc. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de zeste d&rsquo;orange, la sauce soja, le piment et les poitrines de poulet. Laisser mariner pendant 1\u202fheure au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u00c9tape\u202f3\u202f:\u00a0D\u00e9poser le ma\u00efs souffl\u00e9 sur une plaque recouverte de papier parchemin.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">\u00c9tape\u202f4\u202f:\u00a0Mettre le sucre dans une casserole de 2\u202flitres \u00e0 feu doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit enti\u00e8rement fondu et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9. Lorsque tout le sucre a caram\u00e9lis\u00e9, ajouter la cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse, 1\/4 de tasse de jus d&rsquo;orange r\u00e9duit, le reste du zeste et le piment d&rsquo;Alep\u2009; remuer pendant une minute. Verser uniform\u00e9ment sur le ma\u00efs souffl\u00e9.
