Laisser reposer le m\u00e9lange pendant 3\u202fminutes. Ajouter au m\u00e9lange de zeste et de biscuits Graham et augmentez la vitesse \u00e0 moyenne.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Pendant que le pain cuit, faire fondre le chocolat et tremper les segments de mandarine \u00e0 moiti\u00e9. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 basse vitesse.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Apr\u00e8s environ 5\u202fminutes, retirer le crochet et laisser la p\u00e2te lever dans un endroit chaud. Une fois que la p\u00e2te a doubl\u00e9 de volume (environ 45\u202fminutes), abaisser la p\u00e2te, la rouler dans un moule \u00e0 pain et la laiser gonfler pendant 15\u202fminutes.
