Pr\u00e9parer le liquide \u00e0 marinade : Mettre tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans une casserole\u2009; porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Blanchir les rubans de carottes dans le liquide de marinade, une couleur \u00e0 la fois, pendant 12 secondes\u2009; les plonger dans de l&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e, puis les placer sur du papier essuie-tout. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration avec les carottes restantes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Blanchir les tranches de radis dans le liquide de marinade pendant 15 secondes\u2009; plonger dans de l&rsquo;eau glac\u00e9e, puis placer les tranches sur du papier essuie-tout.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Pr\u00e9parer la vinaigrette aux noix de cajou grill\u00e9es : M\u00e9langer les noix de cajou, le persil, l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote, le vinaigre et l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive dans un bol\u2009; m\u00e9langer pour combiner. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre selon le go\u00fbt\u2009; r\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Disposer dans des assiettes les rubans de carottes, les tranches de radis, les tranches d&rsquo;orange et les endives. Saupoudrer de pousses.
