Ajouter les raisins secs et \u00e9teindre le feu. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Lorsque les raisins secs ont absorb\u00e9 la majorit\u00e9 du liquide, les r\u00e9partir sur le chou-fleur r\u00f4ti et remettre au four pendant 3-4 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Couper le chou-fleur en bouquets et le placer dans une r\u00f4tissoire. Couvrir d&rsquo;une feuille d&rsquo;aluminium et mettre au four \u00e0 350 \u00b0F de 12 \u00e0 14 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le chou-fleur soit tendre \u00e0 la fourchette. Retirer le papier d&rsquo;aluminium et faire r\u00f4tir pendant 5 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le chou-fleur soit dor\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dans une petite casserole s\u00e9par\u00e9e, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition la deuxi\u00e8me tasse de jus d&rsquo;orange\u2009; r\u00e9duire \u00e0 1\/4 de tasse. Ajouter le tahini et \u00e9teindre le feu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Verser 2 c. \u00e0 table du m\u00e9lange tahini-jus d&rsquo;orange au centre de chaque assiette.
