Dans un bol moyen, m\u00e9langer le couscous et le cumin\u2009; r\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Dans une petite casserole \u00e0 feu vif, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le jus d&rsquo;orange de Floride et l&rsquo;eau\u2009; r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Verser le m\u00e9lange de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride sur le couscous\u2009; remuer. Couvrir d&rsquo;une pellicule plastique\u2009; laisser reposer \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Enlever la pellicule plastique\u2009; faire gonfler le couscous \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette. Ajouter le jus de lime, le jicama, les haricots noirs et la coriandre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
