M\u00e9langer le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me, le beurre, le sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable, le zeste d&rsquo;orange de la Floride et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille dans un bol\u2009; battre au batteur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9. Incorporer la cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e en pliant\u2009; r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit refroidie. Au moment de l&rsquo;utilisation, m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la main jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange ramollisse.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\">Cupcakes :<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>M\u00e9langer les \u0153ufs et le sucre dans un bol en m\u00e9tal. Poser le bol sur une casserole d&rsquo;eau chaude l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fr\u00e9missante. Fouetter avec un fouet en fil de fer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les \u0153ufs deviennent chauds, mousseux et de couleur claire. Placer la pr\u00e9paration aux \u0153ufs dans un bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer\u2009;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>battre \u00e0 vitesse moyenne avec le m\u00e9langeur. Ajouter le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride et l&rsquo;eau\u2009; fouetter pendant 15 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit refroidi. Ajouter le zeste d&rsquo;orange de la Floride et la muscade. Incorporer d\u00e9licatement la farine \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une spatule en caoutchouc jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit \u00e0 peine m\u00e9lang\u00e9e\u2009; la p\u00e2te sera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement grumeleuse. Ne pas trop m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 325 \u00b0F. Placer les moules \u00e0 cupcakes sur une plaque \u00e0 cupcakes\u2009; remplir aux trois quarts avec la p\u00e2te. Cuire au four pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient bien cuits et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s sur le dessus. Un cure-dent ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre en ressortira propre. Retirer les cupcakes du moule\u2009; laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement sur une grille. Juste avant de servir, placer le gla\u00e7age au fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me dans une poche \u00e0 douille\u2009; mettre le gla\u00e7age sur les cupcakes et garnir de zeste d&rsquo;orange de la Floride.
