Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langer la sauce aigre-douce, le jus d&rsquo;orange, l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail\u2009; porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser mijoter \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 5 minutes. Faire griller \u00e0 feu vif pendant 4 \u00e0 8 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, selon l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient bien cuites.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Arroser de sauce aigre-douce pendant les 5 derni\u00e8res minutes de cuisson. Griller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature interne atteigne 160 \u00b0F au thermom\u00e8tre. Garder au chaud.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Dans un wok, chauffer l&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Ajouter d\u00e9licatement le brocoli, les petits pois et les carottes\u2009; cuire en remuant constamment pendant environ 5 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres et croquants.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Ajouter le riz et remuer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois pour combiner tous les ingr\u00e9dients.
