Ajouter la mayonnaise, la sriracha et le jus de citron dans un petit bol. M\u00e9langer pour combiner les ingr\u00e9dients. Assaisonnez de sel et de poivre au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\">Pour le Ponzu aux agrumes de la Floride :<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Dans un bol, verser le jus d&rsquo;orange de Floride, le jus de citron vert, le Mirin et la sauce soya. Fouetter pour bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"has-normal-font-size wp-block-heading\">Pour le thon Ahi :<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. D\u00e9poser le thon dans un bol de taille moyenne avec les \u00e9chalotes (r\u00e9server une partie des \u00e9chalotes pour la garniture).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Ajouter un peu de Ponzu aux agrumes de la Floride (au go\u00fbt, vous pouvez en r\u00e9server une partie pour verser sur le reste des ingr\u00e9dients). Ajouter les graines de s\u00e9same. M\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement pour combiner. Couvrir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer de 30 minutes \u00e0 une heure.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Empiler\u2009! Mettre le riz dans des bols de service et garnir avec la garniture de votre choix. Ajouter le reste du Ponzu aux agrumes de Floride (au go\u00fbt) et arroser d&rsquo;un peu d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9 (facultatif). Ajouter le thon r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9.
