Pr\u00e9lever 1\/3 de tasse du m\u00e9lange de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride pour la sauce\u2009; r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer dans un r\u00e9cipient couvert et r\u00e9server. Placer l&rsquo;\u00e9paule de porc dans un bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer avec le m\u00e9lange de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, en l&rsquo;enfon\u00e7ant dans le liquide pour l&rsquo;immerger. Couvrir herm\u00e9tiquement avec une pellicule plastique\u2009; r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer 2 jours. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400 \u00b0F. Retirer l&rsquo;\u00e9paule de porc de la marinade\u2009; jeter la marinade. Placer le porc dans une r\u00f4tissoire. Couvrir de papier d&rsquo;aluminium. Cuire au four pendant 45 minutes, d\u00e9couvrir et cuire encore 10 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature interne atteigne 145 \u00b0F. Laisser refroidir pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Combiner le m\u00e9lange de marinade r\u00e9serv\u00e9 et r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9 avec le reste des ingr\u00e9dients\u2009; remuer pour m\u00e9langer. Effilocher le porc et m\u00e9langer avec la sauce \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange acidul\u00e9e. Utiliser 1 1\/4 lb de porc pr\u00e9par\u00e9 pour assembler les tacos\u2009; r\u00e9server le reste du porc pour d&rsquo;autres tacos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Combiner le m\u00e9lange de salade de chou, les segments d&rsquo;orange de Floride et la coriandre dans un bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer\u2009; assaisonner de sel et de poivre au go\u00fbt et r\u00e9server. Faire chauffer le gril ou la po\u00eale \u00e0 griller \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Faites griller les tortillas pendant 20 secondes pour les r\u00e9chauffer\u2009; garder au chaud. Pour assembler les tacos, r\u00e9partir le porc effiloch\u00e9 entre les tortillas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Garnir avec le m\u00e9lange de salade de chou. Replier les tortillas\u2009; garnir de zestes d&rsquo;orange et de brins de coriandre, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.
