Couvrir d&rsquo;une pellicule plastique et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pendant la cuisson des nouilles ramen, pr\u00e9chauffez un wok \u00e0 feu vif. Lorsqu&rsquo;il est chaud, placer le porc marin\u00e9 dans le wok, en remuant constamment pour qu&rsquo;il ne colle pas. Lorsque le porc est presque cuit (1-2 minutes), ajouter les pois mange-tout, la carotte, le reste du gingembre et les \u00e9chalotes.
