Pour la vinaigrette r\u00e9moulade aux agrumes de la Floride : Combiner tous les ingr\u00e9dients\u2009; bien m\u00e9langer. Couvrir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Pour l&rsquo;alligator croustillant : M\u00e9langer le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride et le TABASCO\u00ae. Placer l&rsquo;alligator dans un plat allant au four\u2009; verser le m\u00e9lange de jus d&rsquo;orange sur l&rsquo;alligator. Couvrir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant au moins 1 heure ou, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, toute la nuit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Pour pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;alligator, m\u00e9langer la farine, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel dans un bol\u2009; ajouter le Club soda et remuer juste assez pour combiner. La p\u00e2te sera grumeleuse. Retirez l&rsquo;alligator de la marinade\u2009; \u00e9goutter sur du papier absorbant.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Jeter la marinade. Tremper les morceaux d&rsquo;alligator dans le m\u00e9lange de farine\u2009; faire frire dans une friteuse \u00e0 350 \u00b0 F ou dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 pendant environ 5 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient dor\u00e9s et bien cuits.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Retirer de l&rsquo;huile\u2009; \u00e9goutter sur du papier essuie-tout. Saler et poivrer au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Pour la salade : M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un grand saladier. M\u00e9langer avec la vinaigrette r\u00e9serv\u00e9e pour enrober.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Pour servir, placer de la salade au centre de chaque assiette. Placer 3 \u00e0 4 morceaux d&rsquo;alligator croustillant sur chaque salade.
