Verser le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride dans une grande casserole, ajouter le paquet de pectine et 1\/4 de tasse de sucre et d\u00e9poser sur la cuisini\u00e8re.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis ajouter le reste du sucre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Porter \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition en remuant constamment pendant 1 minute. Laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et \u00e9cumer la mousse.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Verser la marmelade \u00e0 la louche dans des bocaux st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Placer des couvercles st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s sur les bocaux, serrer les anneaux sur les couvercles plats. Mettre les bocaux sur un chiffon propre et sec et laisser reposer toute la nuit. V\u00e9rifier les couvercles le lendemain pour s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;ils se sont bien ferm\u00e9s herm\u00e9tiquement pendant la nuit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Conseil utile :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pour st\u00e9riliser les bocaux, les faire cuire au four \u00e0 225 degr\u00e9s F pendant 20 minutes. Il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire de st\u00e9riliser les bocaux si la gel\u00e9e doit \u00eatre bouillie dans un bain-marie pendant 10 minutes ou plus.
