Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 325\u00a0\u00b0F. Vaporiser une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie avec un enduit de cuisson antiadh\u00e9sif.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Dans un grand bol, d\u00e9poser l&rsquo;avoine, les noix, les amandes, les graines de tournesol et la cannelle. Bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Verser lentement \u2153 tasse (75 ml) de jus d&rsquo;orange. Bien m\u00e9langer pour enrober uniform\u00e9ment le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;avoine.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter deux autres fois, en remuant apr\u00e8s chaque ajout de \u2153 tasse de jus d&rsquo;orange.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer l&rsquo;huile, le miel et la vanille et bien remuer pour combiner.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Verser lentement le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;huile sur le m\u00e9lange de flocons d&rsquo;avoine et bien remuer pour l&rsquo;enrober.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. \u00c9tendre le m\u00e9lange de flocons d&rsquo;avoine en une couche uniforme sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pr\u00e9par\u00e9e. Cuire au four pendant 30 minutes, en remuant toutes les 10 minutes, pour faire dorer uniform\u00e9ment le granola.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Retirer du four, ajouter les canneberges et laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.
