Assaisonner de sel et de poivre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Fa\u00e7onner le m\u00e9lange en boules de la taille d&rsquo;une balle de golf. Si le m\u00e9lange est trop humide, ajouter de la chapelure. Si elle est trop s\u00e8che, ajouter du jus d&rsquo;orange. Aplatir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les boulettes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Faire chauffer les 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive restante dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Faire cuire chaque burger pendant 6 \u00e0 8 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.
