R\u00e9server jusqu&rsquo;au moment de l&rsquo;utiliser.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Verser l&rsquo;huile dans une sauteuse de taille moyenne, r\u00e9gler \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e9lev\u00e9 et lorsque l&rsquo;huile est bien luisante, ajouter les courgettes, le brocoli et le poivron et faire sauter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les courgettes soient presque tendres, environ 3 \u00e0 4\u00a0minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Transf\u00e9rer les l\u00e9gumes dans un grand bol, ajouter les p\u00e2tes et m\u00e9langer pour combiner. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration soit refroidie, environ 30\u00a0minutes.
