La combinaison de pois chiches et de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride fournit beaucoup de prot\u00e9ines et de fibres, ce qui peut aider \u00e0 soutenir la sant\u00e9 des os et \u00e0 maintenir un poids sant\u00e9, faisant de ce plat un choix nutritif pour votre famille.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>\u00bd tasse (125\u00a0ml) de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table (15 ml) d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 tasse d&rsquo;oignon jaune, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 poivron rouge, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1\u00bd tasse de carottes, coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 (8 ml) de sel casher<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>3 gousses d&rsquo;ail, finement r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 (3 ml) de cardamome moulue<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>562\u00a0ml (2\u00bc tasses) de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de 430\u00a0ml (14\u00a0oz) de lait de coco all\u00e9g\u00e9<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de 14\u00a0oz de pois chiches, \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et rinc\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Coriandre hach\u00e9e (facultatif)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Dans une casserole de taille moyenne, chauffer l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e9lev\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle luise.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Ajouter les oignons, le poivron, les carottes et le sel et cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les oignons soient translucides, environ 5 \u00e0 7 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Ajouter l&rsquo;ail et la cardamome et faire cuire 1 \u00e0 2 minutes de plus, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;ail soit odorant. Ne pas faire brunir.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. Ajouter le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, le lait de coco et les pois chiches et porter \u00e0 fr\u00e9missement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. R\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu doux et poursuivre la cuisson jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les carottes soient tendres, environ 10 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. Ajouter le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, retirer du feu et remuer. Go\u00fbter et rectifier l&rsquo;assaisonnement, s\u2019il y a lieu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7.
