R\u00e9gler \u00e0 feu vif et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. R\u00e9duire le feu \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9, couvrir et laisser cuire pendant 45 \u00e0 60 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les grains de bl\u00e9 soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement ouverts et tendres, sans \u00eatre en bouillie.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. \u00c9goutter et rincer imm\u00e9diatement sous l&rsquo;eau froide jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 refroidissement. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Pendant ce temps, m\u00e9langer le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, le vinaigre, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, la moutarde, l&rsquo;ail et la cardamome dans un bocal en verre muni d\u2019un couvercle et bien secouer pour combiner le tout.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. D\u00e9poser les grains de bl\u00e9, les pacanes, les cerises, le c\u00e9leri et les \u00e9pinards dans un grand bol.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>7. Ajouter la moiti\u00e9 de la vinaigrette et m\u00e9langer pour combiner.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>8. Go\u00fbter et rajouter un peu de sel, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>9.
