Pr\u00e9par\u00e9e avec du jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride et remplie de l\u00e9gumes, cette soupe fournit \u00e0 votre famille des vitamines et des min\u00e9raux pouvant contribuer \u00e0 un mode de vie plus sain.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pour la soupe \u00e0 la courge butternut\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1 tasse (250\u00a0ml) de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, divis\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>3 branches de c\u00e9leri, hach\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 oignon, pel\u00e9 et hach\u00e9<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 carotte, pel\u00e9e et hach\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>5 tasses (1250 ml) de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 faible teneur en sodium<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table de sauge fra\u00eeche, hach\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 poivron jaune, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en lani\u00e8res<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 courgette moyenne, pel\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en morceaux de 1 pouce<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>1 courge Butternut moyenne, pel\u00e9e, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en cubes de 1 pouce<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pour les cro\u00fbtons \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange\u00a0:<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1 tasse (250\u00a0ml) de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>2 tasses de m\u00e9lange de farce en cubes assaisonn\u00e9 du commerce (non \u00e9miett\u00e9) ou 8 crostinis<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 1\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 425 \u00b0F (220 \u00b0C).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 2\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dans une r\u00f4tissoire de taille moyenne, d\u00e9poser la courge butternut, la courgette et les poivrons jaunes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 3\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Verser 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive sur les l\u00e9gumes\u2009; remuer pour les enrober.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 4\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cuire au four, \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert, pendant 40 minutes. Retourner les l\u00e9gumes toutes les 10 minutes pour les faire dorer uniform\u00e9ment de tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 5\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Dans une cocotte, faire chauffer la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive restante. Ajouter le c\u00e9leri, l&rsquo;oignon et la carotte, puis faire sauter pendant 3 \u00e0 5 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 6\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ajouter 1 tasse de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, le bouillon de l\u00e9gumes, la sauge et les l\u00e9gumes r\u00f4tis r\u00e9serv\u00e9s pr\u00e9alablement. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Couvrir et laisser mijoter pendant 20 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 7\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Laisser refroidir. R\u00e9duire d\u00e9licatement en pur\u00e9e de petites quantit\u00e9s dans un m\u00e9langeur. Remettre le m\u00e9lange en pur\u00e9e dans la cocotte et faire chauffer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 8\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Verser la soupe dans des bols. Garnir de cro\u00fbtons \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange de la Floride, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9 (voir la pr\u00e9paration ci-dessous). Servir imm\u00e9diatement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pour plus de croquant et de go\u00fbt, garnissez votre soupe \u00e0 la courge Butternut de nos cro\u00fbtons \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange de la Floride.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Soupe \u00e0 la courge Butternut avec cro\u00fbtons \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 1\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tendre le m\u00e9lange de farce assaisonn\u00e9 en cubes sur une petite plaque \u00e0 biscuits munie de rebords d\u2019un pouce.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 2\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Verser le reste de la tasse de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride sur la plaque \u00e0 biscuits et laisser tremper les cro\u00fbtons pendant environ 10 minutes (la farce en cubes devrait conserver un l\u00e9ger croquant).
