Il les charmera, c\u2019est garanti\u2009!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1\u00bd tasse (375\u00a0ml) de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>4 c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, divis\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00bd lb (675 grammes) de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>Sel et poivre, au go\u00fbt<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tasse de poivron rouge, hach\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tasse de poivron vert, hach\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd tasse d&rsquo;oignon, coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 table de piment jalapeno, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9, en d\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 table de poudre de chili<\/li>\r\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 table de poudre d&rsquo;oignon<\/li>\r\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de poudre d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\r\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de cumin moulu<\/li>\r\n<li>1 bo\u00eete de tomates en d\u00e9s (20\u00a0oz)<\/li>\r\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 d&rsquo;origan frais<\/li>\r\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de piment chipotle, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9 et hach\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de semoule de ma\u00efs finement moulue<\/li>\r\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de zeste d&rsquo;orange de Floride, hach\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tasses de fromage cheddar r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tasse de cr\u00e8me sure<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Faire chauffer une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen vif. Ajouter 2 c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre au go\u00fbt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Faire revenir la viande jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle soit bien cuite. Retirer de la po\u00eale et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. D\u00e9poser le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 cuit dans la mijoteuse. Ajouter le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, les 2 c. \u00e0 table d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive restantes, les poivrons rouge et vert, l&rsquo;oignon, le jalapeno, l&rsquo;ail, la poudre de chili, la poudre d&rsquo;oignon, la poudre d&rsquo;ail, le cumin, l&rsquo;origan, les piments chipotle, la semoule de ma\u00efs et le zeste d&rsquo;orange.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.
