Graisser une po\u00eale de 10 pouces en fonte ou allant au four. Chauffer la po\u00eale au four.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 2\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pendant ce temps, dans un grand bol, combiner la semoule de ma\u00efs, la farine, le sucre, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te et le sel. Bien m\u00e9langer. Ajouter le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, le lait, les \u0153ufs, le piment jalapeno, le beurre et le zeste d&rsquo;orange de la Floride. Remuer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne, en veillant \u00e0 ne pas trop m\u00e9langer. La p\u00e2te sera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement grumeleuse.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 3\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Retirer la po\u00eale en fonte du four et y verser la pr\u00e9paration. Remettre au four et faire cuire pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le pain soit bien cuit et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9 sur le dessus.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00c9tape 4\u00a0:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Ins\u00e9rer un cure-dent au centre. S\u2019il en ressort propre, retirer du four et laisser reposer pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes.
