Incorporer le nectar d&rsquo;agave, le zeste d&rsquo;orange et la cannelle et laisser infuser le th\u00e9 pendant 4 minutes, puis retirer les sachets de th\u00e9. R\u00e9server et garder au chaud. Dans un bol de taille moyenne allant au micro-ondes, chauffer le lait au micro-ondes \u00e0 puissance maximale pendant 1 minute et 10 secondes (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il atteigne environ 150\u00a0\u02daF).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Battre le lait chaud \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un batteur \u00e0 main (en utilisant seulement un batteur) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il y ait formation de mousse. Verser le m\u00e9lange de th\u00e9 dans deux grandes tasses et ajouter la mousse de lait sur le dessus, en la r\u00e9partissant \u00e9galement.
