Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Cuire \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange ait r\u00e9duit d\u2019un tiers. Incorporer la moutarde de Dijon, le thym et le zeste d&rsquo;orange de la Floride en fouettant. Retirer du feu. Diviser et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>D\u00e9poser les filets de saumon dans un plat \u00e0 cuisson non m\u00e9tallique. Verser la moiti\u00e9 du gla\u00e7age aux agrumes sur le saumon; r\u00e9server le reste. Faire mariner le saumon au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 30 minutes. Pendant que le saumon marine, immerger enti\u00e8rement les planches de c\u00e8dre dans de l&rsquo;eau froide pendant au moins 30 minutes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>D\u00e9poser les filets de saumon sur les planches de c\u00e8dre. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre au go\u00fbt. Pr\u00e9chauffer le gril \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. D\u00e9poser les planches sur le gril et fermer le couvercle. Faire cuire le poisson environ 10 minutes par pouce d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur. De temps \u00e0 autre pendant la cuisson, badigeonner le saumon avec le gla\u00e7age aux agrumes restant. Pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson, glisser la pointe d&rsquo;un couteau au centre de la partie la plus \u00e9paisse du saumon. Retirer le poisson du feu d\u00e8s que la chair devient opaque. Le saumon continuera \u00e0 cuire apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 du feu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Laver et parer les asperges\u2009puis les placer dans le panier du gril. D\u00e9poser les asperges sur le gril lorsque le saumon est presque cuit. Les faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres, en faisant attention de ne pas trop les cuire. D\u00e9poser le saumon et les asperges grill\u00e9es sur une assiette de service.
