Un club sandwich avec a\u00efoli infus\u00e9 au jus d\u2019orange de la Floride<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Cette d\u00e9licieuse version combine jus d\u2019orange de la Floride, a\u00efoli fait maison et dinde pour fournir des nutriments tels que la vitamine B6 qui contribuent \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de votre c\u0153ur tout en vous permettant de faire le plein d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie pour la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pour l\u2019a\u00efoli infus\u00e9 au jus d\u2019orange de la Floride :<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 tasse (250 ml) de mayonnaise<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd tasse de jus d\u2019orange de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table de persil hach\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail, r\u00e2p\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 de moutarde de Dijon<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pour le club \u00e0 la dinde :<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>8 tranches de pain multigrain<\/li>\r\n<li>8 oz (1 tasse) de dinde tranch\u00e9e finement<\/li>\r\n<li>4 tranches de fromage provolone<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tasse de cresson<\/li>\r\n<li>enduit \u00e0 cuisson en vaporisateur<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pour faire l\u2019a\u00efoli infus\u00e9 au jus d\u2019orange de la Floride :<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Placer la mayonnaise, le jus d\u2019orange, le persil, l\u2019ail et la moutarde de Dijon dans un petit bol. Fouetter pour combiner.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pour faire le club sandwich \u00e0 la dinde :<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Tartiner 2 \u00e0 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table d\u2019a\u00efoli sur 4 tranches de pain. D\u00e9poser le cresson par-dessus les tranches de pain tartin\u00e9es. Ajouter la dinde, le fromage et le pain pour compl\u00e9ter le sandwich.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Vaporiser le po\u00eale gril ou la po\u00eale \u00e0 fond cannel\u00e9 d\u2019un enduit \u00e0 cuisson en vaporisateur et r\u00e9gler le feu \u00e0 moyen. Lorsque la po\u00eale est chaude, placer les sandwichs, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 avec le fromage au fond et cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le pain soit dor\u00e9 et que le fromage ait fondu, environ 4 minutes. Retourner doucement les sandwichs et continuer \u00e0 cuire 2 \u00e0 3 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le pain soit dor\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3.
