Essayez cette longe de porc ib\u00e9rique aux agrumes de la Floride avec patates douces.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>1 tasse (250 ml) de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, divis\u00e9e en 2 portions de \u00bd tasse<\/li>\r\n<li>3 patates douces, \u00e9pluch\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 de cannelle de Sa\u00efgon<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 de chipotle adobo<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc tasse (65 ml) de miel<\/li>\r\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table de graines de coriandre, grill\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n<li>32 oz de longe de porc ib\u00e9rique<\/li>\r\n<li>Sel et poivre<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Mettre les patates sucr\u00e9es en cubes dans une casserole de 3 pintes (12 l) et couvrir d\u2019eau. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Lorsqu\u2019elles sont tendres sous la fourchette, \u00e9goutter et rincer. Ajouter la cannelle, le chipotle et une portion (1\/2 tasse) du jus d\u2019orange de la Floride, et garder chaud.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 425 \u00b0F (220 \u00b0C).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Combiner le reste du jus d\u2019orange de la Floride, le miel et les graines de coriandre grill\u00e9es.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. D\u00e9poser le porc sur une plaque \u00e0 r\u00f4tir et assaisonner de sel et de poivre. Badigeonner du m\u00e9lange de jus d\u2019orange, de miel et de coriandre sur le dessus puis placer au four. Arroser \u00e0 nouveau apr\u00e8s 15 minutes avec le reste du m\u00e9lange de jus d\u2019orange, de miel et de coriandre, et continuer \u00e0 cuire le porc au moins 15 minutes, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature au centre atteigne 145 \u00b0F (62 \u00b0C).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>5. Sortir le porc du four et laisser reposer 20 minutes avant de servir. Couper le porc en quatre portions \u00e9gales. D\u00e9poser chaque portion de porc sur une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e de patates douces en pur\u00e9e.
