Accompagnez ces d\u00e9licieux muffins d&rsquo;un verre de 8\u00a0oz (250\u00a0ml) de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride et obtenez une portion compl\u00e8te de fruit chaque matin.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>\u00be tasse (190\u00a0ml) de jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>2 tasses (500\u00a0ml) de farine<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00be tasse (190\u00a0ml) de cassonade dor\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 (10\u00a0ml) de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/li>\r\n<li>2 \u0153ufs<\/li>\r\n<li>\u2153 tasse (85\u00a0ml) d&rsquo;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li>\r\n<li>1 tasse de canneberges fra\u00eeches ou s\u00e9ch\u00e9es, hach\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350\u00a0\u00b0F (190\u00a0\u00b0C).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. M\u00e9langer la farine, la cassonade et la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Dans un autre bol, battre les \u0153ufs. Ajouter le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride et l&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients secs aux ingr\u00e9dients humides et remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient humect\u00e9s. Incorporer les canneberges. Ne pas trop m\u00e9langer la p\u00e2te sinon les muffins ne se formeront pas correctement.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Tapisser la plaque \u00e0 muffins de moules en papier.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 la cuill\u00e8re dans les moules \u00e0 muffins jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que chacun d\u2019entre eux soit rempli environ \u00e0 moiti\u00e9.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.
