Ajouter les dattes et laisser reposer de 5 \u00e0 10 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les dattes soient ramollies.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Passer le m\u00e9lange de dattes et de jus d&rsquo;orange au robot culinaire ou au m\u00e9langeur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit lisse. Verser dans un grand bol et incorporer les \u0153ufs, l&rsquo;huile de noix de coco et l&rsquo;extrait de vanille en fouettant\u2009.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ajouter l&rsquo;avoine, la farine, la cannelle, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, le bicarbonate de soude et le sel puis bien m\u00e9langer. Incorporer la noix de coco, les graines, les canneberges et les p\u00e9pites de chocolat.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>D\u00e9poser des boules de p\u00e2te de la taille de 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table sur la plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en les espa\u00e7ant d&rsquo;environ 1 \u00bd pouce (2,5 cm). Les biscuits ne s&rsquo;\u00e9taleront pas beaucoup pendant la cuisson.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Cuire au four pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes.
