Ajouter l&rsquo;ail et faire cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit odorant.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Incorporer le curcuma, le sel et le riz, puis ajouter le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, d&rsquo;eau et le lait de coco.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, remuer et couvrir. R\u00e9duire le feu et laisser mijoter pendant 15 minutes. Retirer du feu et laisser le riz reposer pendant 5 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il ait bien absorb\u00e9 tout le liquide.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Faire gonfler le riz \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette et servir avec une pinc\u00e9e de graines de s\u00e9same et d&rsquo;oignon vert \u00e9minc\u00e9, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Donne 4 portions.
