Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire \u00e0 feu vif pendant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange ait r\u00e9duit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre la consistance d\u2019un sirop. Retirer du feu et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\r\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer la friteuse \u00e0 air chaud \u00e0 375 \u00b0F (190 \u00b0C)\u2009.<\/li>\r\n<li>Retirer les feuilles de la base du chou-fleur, et tailler la base pour qu&rsquo;elle repose \u00e0 plat sur une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper. Ne pas retirer le c\u0153ur. Couper le chou-fleur en deux, puis couper chaque moiti\u00e9 en tranches de \u00be de pouce. D\u00e9poser les steaks de chou-fleur et les petits fleurons qui se seront d\u00e9tach\u00e9s sur une grande assiette ou une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/li>\r\n<li>Combiner la poudre d&rsquo;ail, le paprika, le curcuma, le sel et le poivre dans un petit bol. Enduire le chou-fleur d&rsquo;huile des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s et assaisonner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement avec le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices.<\/li>\r\n<li>En travaillant en lots, d\u00e9poser les steaks de chou-fleur en une seule couche dans la friteuse.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cuire pendant 3 \u00e0 4 minutes. Ensuite, badigeonner le chou-fleur de sauce aux fines herbes et \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange et le retourner avant de le faire cuire 3 \u00e0 4 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/li>\r\n<li>Badigeonner de sauce \u00e0 nouveau.
