Placer une grande plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 rebord sur la grille du milieu.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>D\u00e9poser les choux de Bruxelles dans un grand bol et les m\u00e9langer avec l&rsquo;huile, le sel et le poivre.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Retirer la plaque du four et y disposer soigneusement les choux de Bruxelles, c\u00f4t\u00e9 coup\u00e9 vers le bas. Remettre la plaque au four et faire r\u00f4tir les choux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s, environ 20 minutes, en les retournant \u00e0 mi-cuisson\u2009.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pendant la cuisson des choux de Bruxelles, m\u00e9langer le jus d&rsquo;orange, le vinaigre de cidre de pomme, le miel et la p\u00e2te de piment\u2009dans une petite casserole sur feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire pendant 5 \u00e0 10 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange ait r\u00e9duit et soit sirupeux. Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Mettre les choux de Bruxelles r\u00f4tis dans un grand bol et couvrir de sauce. M\u00e9langer pour combiner.
