M\u00e9langer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 consistance lisse en ajustant la texture avec plus de jus ou d&rsquo;eau, selon vos go\u00fbts.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Faire bouillir les nouilles soba selon les instructions de l&#8217;emballage, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres. \u00c9goutter et rincer pour s&rsquo;assurer que les nouilles ne collent pas les unes aux autres. M\u00e9langer avec \u00bc tasse (65 ml) de sauce et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pendant la cuisson des nouilles, faire chauffer de l\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Faire cuire l\u2019halloumi jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit dor\u00e9, environ 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Retirer et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, faire sauter le bok choy jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit tendre. Retirer et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Dans des bols, d\u00e9poser le soba, l\u2019halloumi, le bok choy, le chou, les carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es, les edamames et les tranches d&rsquo;avocat.
