Couvrir et laisser mariner pendant 2 heures, ou pendant au moins 30 minutes, au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>M\u00e9langer la farine, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, la poudre d&rsquo;ail et le sel dans un bol. Dans un autre bol, fouetter les \u0153ufs.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Retirer le poulet de la marinade en travaillant avec quelques morceaux de poulet \u00e0 la fois. Les enrober du m\u00e9lange de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs, puis de l&rsquo;\u0153uf, et de nouveau du m\u00e9lange de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. D\u00e9poser sur une grande assiette et arroser d&rsquo;huile pour humecter l&rsquo;enrobage afin qu&rsquo;il ne devienne croustillant.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer la friteuse \u00e0 air \u00e0 400 \u00b0F (200 \u00b0C). En travaillant par lots, d\u00e9poser les morceaux de poulet en une seule couche dans la friteuse.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Faire cuire pendant 4 minutes. Retourner le poulet et faire cuire 4 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Le poulet doit \u00eatre dor\u00e9 et sa temp\u00e9rature interne doit atteindre 165 \u00b0F (74 \u00b0C) sur un thermom\u00e8tre \u00e0 cuisson. D\u00e9poser dans un grand bol.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pr\u00e9parer la sauce pendant la cuisson du poulet. Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et l&rsquo;eau pour former une p\u00e2te lisse. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Combiner le jus d&rsquo;orange, la sauce soya, le sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable, le vinaigre, la p\u00e2te de piment, l&rsquo;ail et le gingembre aans une petite casserole \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e9lev\u00e9. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. \u2009.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Incorporer le m\u00e9lange de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement. Retirer du feu.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Verser la sauce \u00e0 l&rsquo;orange sur le poulet et remuer pour l&rsquo;enrober.
