Ajouter le tofu et remuer pour m\u00e9langer en veillant \u00e0 ce que le tofu soit bien enrob\u00e9 sur les 4 c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\r\n<li>Dans une po\u00eale, faire chauffer 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table (15 ml) d&rsquo;huile \u00e0 feu moyen. Faire frire le tofu en le faisant dorer uniform\u00e9ment tous les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\r\n<li>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, ajouter 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table (15 ml) d&rsquo;huile et faire sauter le brocoli pendant 2 minutes. Ajouter les pois mange-tout et cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient tendres, en assaisonnant avec du sel et du poivre, au go\u00fbt. Retirer du feu.<\/li>\r\n<li>M\u00e9langer la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et l&rsquo;eau dans un petit bol pour former une p\u00e2te lisse. R\u00e9server\u2009.<\/li>\r\n<li>Combiner le jus d&rsquo;orange, la sauce hoisin, le gingembre, l&rsquo;ail et la sauce soya dans une petite casserole et porter le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu moyen. Incorporer le m\u00e9lange de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement. Retirer du feu.<\/li>\r\n<li>Remettre la po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen et ajouter le tofu aux l\u00e9gumes.
