Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer la courge, les pois chiches et les betteraves avec l&rsquo;huile, la poudre d&rsquo;ail, le paprika, le cumin, le sel et le poivre. Disposer en une seule couche sur une grande plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 rebord.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Cuire au four pendant 20 \u00e0 30 minutes en retournant ou en remuant \u00e0 mi-cuisson, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9. Les betteraves et la courge devraient \u00eatre tendres. Retirer du four et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Pendant ce temps, porter l&rsquo;eau et le jus d&rsquo;orange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Ajouter l&rsquo;orge et cuire \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert pendant 25 \u00e0 30 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit tendre. \u00c9goutter pour retirer l\u2019exc\u00e8s de liquide et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Dans un grand bol, combiner la courge, les pois chiches, les betteraves, l&rsquo;orge, le fromage de ch\u00e8vre, les graines de tournesol et le persil.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Dans un petit bol, fouetter le jus d&rsquo;orange de la Floride, la moutarde, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le vinaigre de cidre de pomme et le sirop d&rsquo;\u00e9rable.
