Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et cuire les vermicelles al dente, selon les instructions pour la cuisson sur l\u2019emballage. \u00c9goutter et rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide. \u00c9goutter \u00e0 nouveau, ajouter l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same et le sel puis r\u00e9server.<br \/><br \/>D\u00e9poser un papier riz dans l\u2019eau ti\u00e8de pour environ 3-5 secondes. Le papier devrait \u00eatre mall\u00e9able, mais pas trop mou. Mouiller une planche \u00e0 d\u00e9couper\u00a0 et placer le papier \u00e0 plat dessus.<br \/><br \/>En laissant environ 1\u00a0pouce (3\u00a0cm) de papier riz sur les bords, d\u00e9poser une poign\u00e9e de vermicelles cuites sur le tiers inf\u00e9rieur du papier riz. Ajouter la quantit\u00e9 d\u00e9sir\u00e9e de carottes, de concombres, de poivrons et de coriandre. Placer le radis melon d&rsquo;eau, l&rsquo;avocat et le jalapeno sur le tiers sup\u00e9rieur de la feuille de riz.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Replier le bord inf\u00e9rieur sur les garnitures, en roulant vers le haut jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la garniture soit compacte. Replier les petits c\u00f4t\u00e9s, comme pour un burrito, et finir de rouler le tout en serrant bien, mais sans d\u00e9chirer la feuille de riz. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration avec le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Accompagner les rouleaux d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 dans les trempettes.
