Le savoureux go\u00fbt du jus d\u2019orange de la Floride, de pair avec le poulet et la laitue, procurent plusieurs ingr\u00e9dients cl\u00e9s, notamment la vitamine C, la vitamine A et des prot\u00e9ines.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Pour la sauce au jus d\u2019orange de la Floride :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li>\u2154\u00a0tasse (170\u00a0ml) de jus d\u2019orange de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>3\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table (45\u00a0ml) de miel<\/li>\r\n<li>3\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table (45\u00a0ml) de sauce soya<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table (30\u00a0ml) de vinaigre de riz<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table (15\u00a0ml) d\u2019amidon de ma\u00efs<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 (3\u00a0ml) de gingembre moulu<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 (3\u00a0ml) d\u2019huile de s\u00e9same<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 th\u00e9 (1\u00a0mL) de poudre d\u2019ail<\/li>\r\n<li>*sauce piquante, facultative<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Pour les sandwichs roul\u00e9s \u00e0 la laitue\u00a0:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>8 oz (1 conserve) de ch\u00e2taignes d\u2019eau, \u00e9goutt\u00e9es et tranch\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0tasse (60\u00a0ml) d\u2019oignons verts hach\u00e9s finement<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>10 feuilles de laitue fris\u00e9e 1\u00a0lb (450\u00a0G) de poitrines de poulet d\u00e9soss\u00e9es et sans la peau (cuites et hach\u00e9es finement)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong><em>Pour la garniture :<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Amandes grill\u00e9es hach\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Graines de s\u00e9sames r\u00f4ties<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Oignons verts hach\u00e9s finement<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\r\n<li>Fouetter ensemble tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce au jus d\u2019orange de la Floride dans une grand plat \u00e0 sauter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9e.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Chauffer la sauce au jus d\u2019orange de la Floride sur feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 qu\u2019elle commence \u00e0 mijoter. Laisser mijoter une minute de plus ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ajouter le poulet cuit, les ch\u00e2taignes d\u2019eau et les oignons verts \u00e0 la sauce.
