Combiner le jus d\u2019orange de la Floride, la gousse de vanille, la cr\u00e8me, les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs, le zeste et la cannelle dans un bain-marie. Fouetter r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pendant 15 minutes. Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir.<br \/><br \/>2. Placer le beurre et la cassonnade dans une petite casserole. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, retirer la casserole du feu puis ajouter le bourbon.<br \/><br \/>3. Remettre la casserole sur le feu pour faire \u00e9vaporer l\u2019alcool. \u00c9teindre le feu et conserver la sauce au chaud.<br \/><br \/>4. M\u00e9langer les morceaux de petits pains sucr\u00e9s avec la moiti\u00e9 de la cr\u00e8me. Bien m\u00e9langer, puis verser dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau ou un Pyrex (approximativement 9\u201d x 13\u201d). Couvrir de papier d\u2019aluminium.<br \/><br \/>5. Remplir un grand Pyrex, ou un autre plat allant au four, d\u2019eau. D\u00e9poser le moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau rempli du m\u00e9lange de morceaux de petits pains sucr\u00e9s et de cr\u00e8me dans le grand Pyrex contenant l\u2019eau. Cuire au four \u00e0 375 \u00b0F (190 \u00b0C) pendant 35 minutes.<br \/><br \/>6. Juste avant de servir, napper chaque assiette \u00e0 dessert avec la cr\u00e8me restante, puis d\u00e9poser un morceau du pouding au pain dessus.<br \/><br \/>7.
