R\u00e9server \u00bd\u00a0tasse.<br \/><br \/><strong><em>Pour le b\u0153uf et les nouilles\u00a0:<br \/><\/em><\/strong>Verser la marinade sur les bavettes, couvrir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pendant au moins 3\u00a0heures. Retirer ensuite la viande de la marinade, puis jetez-la. Faire cuire les bavettes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une cuisson moyenne-saignante, la retirer du grill puis laisser reposer.<br \/><br \/>Porter le jus d\u2019orange de la Floride \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une casserole. Retirer ensuite la casserole du feu et ajouter les vermicelles de riz. Laisser reposer 15\u00a0minutes puis \u00e9goutter et r\u00e9server.<br \/><br \/>Verser juste assez d\u2019huile pour couvrir le fond d\u2019un grand wok pos\u00e9 sur un feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Ajouter l\u2019oignon et le faire cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit brun-dor\u00e9. Ajouter l\u2019ail et le gingembre et faire sauter pour 1\u00a0minute en prenant soin de ne pas br\u00fbler l\u2019ail. Ajouter les champignons, les pois mange-tout, la coriandre, la menthe, la sauce soya et le piment tha\u00eflandais; et faire sauter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient cuits, mais toujours croquants. Combiner les nouilles au m\u00e9lange en brassant afin de bien r\u00e9chauffer le tout. Trancher finement la bavette dans le sens de la longueur. Servir imm\u00e9diatement.
