Agiter doucement le sac pour bien m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients. Ajouter les crevettes, sceller le sac et agiter pour bien recouvrir les crevettes de la marinade. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer pour au moins 2\u00a0heures et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4\u00a0heures.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Retirer les crevettes du sac et les r\u00e9server. Conserver \u00bc tasse (60 ml) de la marinade.<br \/><br \/>Verser la cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table (15 ml) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une po\u00eala \u00e0 frire ou un wok sur un feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Lorsque l\u2019huile commence \u00e0 trembloter, ajouter les crevettes. Faire cuire en remuant constamment pendant 1\u00a0minute. Ajouter le reste de la marinade conserv\u00e9e et continuer la cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce ait diminu\u00e9 un peu et que les crevettes soient opaques et cuites en entier, pendant environ 2\u00a0minutes.<br \/><br \/><strong><em>Pour la salade de chou\u00a0:<\/em><\/strong><br \/>M\u00e9langer le jus d\u2019orange de la Floride, l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le vinaigre de riz, l\u2019ail, le gingembre, l\u2019huile de s\u00e9same, le sel et le poivre dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique. Fermer le couvercle et agiter la vinaigrette pour bien la m\u00e9langer.<br \/><br \/>D\u00e9poser le chou napa, le chou rouge, la carotte et la coriandre dans un grand saladier. Verser juste assez de la vinaigrette pour enrober les l\u00e9gumes.
