Une recette \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir en famille ou entre amis!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-fdoc-recipe-ingredients\">\r\n<li><strong><em>Pour la marinade\u00a0:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0tasse (250\u00a0ml) de jus d\u2019orange de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0tasse (250\u00a0ml) de coriandre fra\u00eeche, hach\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0tasse (125\u00a0ml) de sauce soya<\/li>\r\n<li>3\u00a0gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0poivron<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5\u00a0ml) de paprika fum\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 table (15\u00a0ml) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable ou de miel<\/li>\r\n<li>Gingembre frais, environ 3 cm, \u00e9minc\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>Coquilles \u00e0 tacos croustillantes<\/li>\r\n<li>\u2026 et 1\u00a0contre-filet de b\u0153uf!<br \/><br \/><strong><em>Pour la salade de chou\u00a0:<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\r\n<li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 table (30\u00a0ml) de jus d\u2019orange de la Floride<\/li>\r\n<li>2\u00a0tasses de chou, r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bd\u00a0tasse (125\u00a0ml) de coriandre fra\u00eeche, hach\u00e9e<\/li>\r\n<li>\u00bc\u00a0tasse (65\u00a0ml) d\u2019amandes grill\u00e9es, grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9es<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 th\u00e9 (5\u00a0ml) de sel<\/li>\r\n<li>1\u00a0\u00e9chalote fran\u00e7aise, tranch\u00e9e finement<\/li>\r\n<li>Jus d\u2019une lime<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour la marinade. Laisser le contre-filet de b\u0153uf y mariner enti\u00e8rement pendant un minimum de 5\u00a0heures ou, encore mieux, durant toute une nuit.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients pour la salade de chou. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>3. Retirer le contre-filet de la marinade et le s\u00e9cher avec un papier absorbant jetable. R\u00e9server la marinade. D\u00e9poser ensuite la viande dans une po\u00eale en fonte chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 feu \u00e9lev\u00e9. Faire cuire le contre-filet de 4 \u00e0 5\u00a0minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 puis le retirer de la po\u00eale.<br \/><br \/>4. R\u00e9duire l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du feu \u00e0 moyen et verser le reste de la marinade dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale en fonte. Attendre qu\u2019elle commence \u00e0 mijoter et puis la laisser r\u00e9duire durant 5 \u00e0 7\u00a0minutes. Une fois la marinade \u00e9paissie, retirer la po\u00eale du feu et verser la marinade dans un bol.<br \/><br \/>5. Couper le contre-filet en tranches minces.
