Faire griller environ 7\u00a0\u00e0 10\u00a0minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les flocons deviennent dor\u00e9s. Remuer les flocons et les graines de citrouille apr\u00e8s 5\u00a0minutes afin que tout grille \u00e9galement, des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<br \/><br \/>Mettre les flocons d\u2019avoine dans un grand bol. Ajouter le jus d\u2019orange de la Floride et la cannelle. Ceci r\u00e9hydratera les flocons d\u2019avoine et les infusera de go\u00fbt d\u00e9licieux du jus d\u2019orange.<br \/><br \/>Dans un m\u00e9langeur ou un robot culinaire, d\u00e9poser les dattes, les canneberges et les graines de citrouille. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients jusqu\u2019\u00e0 qu\u2019ils soient parfaitement combin\u00e9s et forment une p\u00e2te granuleuse.<br \/><br \/>Verser la p\u00e2te dans le grand bol \u00e0 m\u00e9langer avec les flocons d\u2019avoine et bien m\u00e9langer le tout.<br \/><br \/>Avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 portion d\u2019environ 1\u00a0oz, prendre le m\u00e9lange et le rouler en petite boule avec les mains. Placer les boules sur une plaque \u00e0 biscuit et les mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour les faire durcir.<br \/><br \/>Une fois bien prises, les boules se conservent au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique pour environ 3\u00a0\u00e0 4\u00a0semaines.
